Instructions

Boil the lentils with 4 glasses of water for about 30 minutes. Drain the boiled lentils.
Saute the chopped onions in olive oil in a pan.

Knead all the ingredients well and fry them until they turn into a round shape in oil in a pan. You can serve it with vegan yogurt if you wish.
