Ingredients:

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
    Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with muffin liners.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
