  • 60g (1/2 cup) of almond flour or coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or set the air fryer to 200°C.
  • Pour the chickpeas into a bowl and mash them with a fork or a potato masher.
  • Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, extra virgin olive oil, almond flour or coconut flour, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  • Take the mixture with a teaspoon and form the nuggets with your hands.
  • Place the nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in the air fryer basket.
