- Steak Bites with Garlic Butter:
Ingredients: - 23 oz (650 g) steak, cut into 2-inch cubes
- 1-2 tablespoons canola oil, divided
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon mild paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2-3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper to taste
- Shrimp with Yellow Rice:
Ingredients: - 1 lb Angus Steak or Boneless Beef Tri tip (cut into cubes)
- 1 lb Large Shrimp (Peeled & deveined)
- 1 C Red & Green Bell Peppers
- 1 C Chicken Broth or water
- 2 tsp Jerk Seasoning
- 1 tsp Creole Seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt & Cracked Black pepper
- 1/8 tsp Honey
- 1 T Butter
- 1 T Oil
- Yellow Rice… Use Mahatma!
- Macaroni and Cheese:
Ingredients: - 1 pound macaroni
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the flour and whisk together to make a roux, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- Slowly pour in the milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
