Ingredients:

1 green pepper and 1 red pepper

1 onion

2 carrots

3 ribs of celery

Garlic; as much as you like

All sautéed with curry, peppercorn , basil and olive oil

1 can of chickpeas rinsed

1 can of coconut (any brand you like)

About 1/2 a box of veggie broth or homemade if you prefer.

1 box of orzo pasta, rinsed off (I rinsed them off to help take out some of the starch)

Cooked on stove until orzo is cooked, doesn’t take long.

I think you could really add any vegetable you want to this and it would be super good. I thought about adding broccoli only because I just love broccoli.
