Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup diced pickles
1/2 cup diced onions
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Egg roll wrappers
Cooking spray
Instructions:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, diced onions, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you. Place a couple of tablespoons of the cheeseburger mixture in the center of the wrapper.

Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll it up tightly. Use a little water on the edges to seal the egg roll.

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray to help them crisp up in the air fryer.

Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.

Cook the egg rolls in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the egg rolls from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve the air fryer cheeseburger egg rolls with additional ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
