Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
Activate the yeast:
In a small bowl, combine the warm water and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Sprinkle the active dry yeast over the water and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Mix the dough:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the activated yeast mixture. Add the olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough:
On a floured surface, knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Let it rise:
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

Shape the bread:
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and shape it into a loaf or individual rolls.

Preheat the air fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for a few minutes.

Air fry the bread:
Place the shaped dough in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, checking occasionally, until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.

Cool and enjoy:
Allow the bread to cool on a wire rack before slicing. Enjoy your homemade air-fried bread!
