• 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced (skinless, boneless)
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped celery, and chopped red onion.
