Turkey Wings:

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 turkey wings
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the turkey wings and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the Frank’s RedHot sauce and butter until well combined.
  4. Add the vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Add the turkey wings to the bowl and toss them in the sauce until they are fully coated.
  6. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Arrange the turkey wings on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake the turkey wings for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.

Roasted Vegetables:

Ingredients:

  • 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 large celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 large red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss together the chopped carrot, celery, red bell pepper, and garlic.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and toss to coat.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spread the vegetables out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned.

Mashed Potatoes:

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Place the chopped potatoes in a large pot and add enough cold water to cover them.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
  3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. Add the milk, butter, salt, and pepper, and mash the potatoes with a potato masher or a fork until they’re smooth and creamy.

Gravy:

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups turkey broth
  • 1 cup milk or heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the flour and whisk together to make a roux, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually add the turkey broth and milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
  4. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until it thickens, stirring occasionally.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assembly:

  1. Serve the turkey wings with the roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, and gravy. Enjoy!
