Keto Philly Cheesesteak Casserole

Ingredients
◦ 2.0 lb. steak
◦ 4 tbs melted butter
◦ 1 onion
◦ 1 green pepper
◦ 8 oz. white mushrooms
◦ 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
◦ Steak seasoning to taste
◦ 3 oz. cream cheese
◦ 2 eggs
◦ 1/2 cup heavy cream
◦ 5 oz white American cheese
◦ 7 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°
Sauté and brown strips of steak in until brown but NOT cooked. Remove meat from pot and set aside. Drain juices from meat and mix juices with melted butter and Worcestershire sauce and set aside.
Add sliced veggies to pot, add in Worcestershire sauce and sauté until slightly softened. Remove from heat.
Add softened cream cheese. Combine eggs and heavy cream whisking well. Add diced American cheese. Pour egg/cheese mixture into veggies. Stir well. Add the meat WITHOUT excess juices to this pot and stir to distribute the meat evenly.
Place in casserole dish 8×10, or 9×9, then place slices of provolone to completely cover the top of the casserole.
Bake in top of oven 18 to 20 minutes, can broil top at the end if desired. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
