  1. Prepare the Bread:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
    • Add the melted butter and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
    • Press the dough into a flat, rectangular shape on the parchment paper. Aim for about 1/4-inch thickness.
    • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and set. Let it cool completely.
  2. Assemble and Grill:
    • Slice the baked bread into sandwich-sized pieces.
    • Place cheese slices between two slices of the bread to make your sandwich.
    • Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
