Keto Garlic Dinner Rolls

Ingredients:
For the Rolls:
2 cups almond flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 oz cream cheese
2 large eggs
For the Garlic Butter:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and garlic powder.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted. Stir to combine.

Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients. Add the eggs and mix until a dough forms. You can use a spoon or your hands (grease your hands if the dough is sticky).
Shape the Rolls:
Divide the dough into 8-10 equal portions and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown on top.
Prepare the Garlic Butter:
While the rolls are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, or until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley and a pinch of salt.
Brush with Garlic Butter:
Once the rolls are done, remove them from the oven and brush them with the garlic butter.
