2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
3 tbsp cream cheese
1 large egg
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella and cream cheese together for one minute until smooth and creamy.
Add almond flour, coconut flour, salt, oregano, and pepper to the melted cheese mixture. Mix everything until well combined.

Add the egg to the mixture and mix thoroughly until a dough forms.
Place the dough on a baking tray and form it into a garlic bread shape.

Return the bread to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Once baked to perfection, remove the garlic bread from the oven and garnish it with fresh chopped parsley.

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
