2 large onions
2 green peppers
2 cans of tomatoes
1 bunch of celery
1 head of cabbage
3 carrots
1 package of mushrooms
1-2 vegetable stock cubes (optional)
6-8 cups of water or vegetable cocktail such as V8
hop all veges into cubes. Saute onions.
Add all other chopped veges and cover with water and stock cubes or V8.
Bring to a boil then reduce to a medium heat. Simmer until veges are tender about 30-45 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper or hot sauce, herbs and spices.
