  • 6 cobs corn husk and silks removed
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 lime sliced into wedges
  • Minced parsley or cilantro (optional)


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then carefully add the corn on the cob and boil 5 minutes, or until bright yellow and tender.
