    • 1/4 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
    • 1/4 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
    • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed or small balls
    • 1/2 cup salami, sliced
    • 1/2 cup prosciutto, sliced
    • 1/2 cup pepperoni, sliced
  • Dressing:
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Salad:
    • In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, red onion, pepperoncini peppers, and artichoke hearts.
  2. Add Proteins and Cheese:
