Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef (you can also use a mix of beef and pork)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Marinara sauce for serving (optional)
Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Take a small portion of the meat mixture and roll it into a ball, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between them to allow for even cooking.

Cook the meatballs in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket or turning the meatballs halfway through the cooking time to ensure they cook evenly. Adjust the cooking time based on the size of your meatballs and the specific temperature of your air fryer.

Check the internal temperature of the meatballs with a meat thermometer. They should reach at least 160°F (71°C).

Once the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown, remove them from the air fryer.

Serve the meatballs with your favorite dipping sauce or marinara sauce. They can be enjoyed on their own, with pasta, or in a sandwich.
