Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup milk 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted butter Optional toppings like herbs, garlic powder, or grated cheese
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix them together until well combined.
- Add the milk and vegetable oil (or melted butter) to the dry ingredients. Stir until you have a smooth, slightly sticky dough. You may need to adjust the amount of milk or flour slightly to achieve the right consistency.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes.
- While the air fryer is heating up, divide the dough into small portions and shape them into flatbreads or mini loaves. You can also roll them out and shape them as desired.
- If desired, you can brush the tops of the bread with a little more oil or butter and sprinkle with your choice of toppings, such as herbs, garlic powder, or grated cheese.
- Place the bread in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches.
- Cook the bread in the preheated air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 8-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Cooking times may vary depending on the size and thickness of your bread, so keep an eye on them.
- Once the bread is done, carefully remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
