Ingredients:
- 100g whole-wheat flour (also works with normal flour)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 175ml oat milk
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 mashed banana
Method:
- Combine the oat milk and vinegar and set aside for a few minutes. The consistency should change.
- In a bowl mix the flour, baking soda and salt together.
- Finally mix in the milk mixture, vanilla and mashed banana until well combined.
- Cook the pancakes on a pan with a little oil and flip when bubbles appear.
