Ingredients:

  • 100g whole-wheat flour (also works with normal flour) ⁣
  • 1 tsp baking soda⁣
  • Pinch of salt ⁣
  • 175ml oat milk⁣
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar ⁣
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract ⁣
  • 1 mashed banana

Method:

  1. Combine the oat milk and vinegar and set aside for a few minutes. The consistency should change.⁣
  2. In a bowl mix the flour, baking soda and salt together. ⁣
  3. Finally mix in the milk mixture, vanilla and mashed banana until well combined. ⁣
  4. Cook the pancakes on a pan with a little oil and flip when bubbles appear. ⁣
