Vegan Purple Potatoes With Avocado

Cooked down in a Coconut Rum Turmeric Sauce.

•3 Purple Potatoes

Wash, slice, and season potatoes without measurement, but to the full best of the Ancestors instructions.

With.

•Badia Complete Seasoning

•Slap Ya Mama

.•Trader Joe’s Onion Salt.

•Smoked Paprika.

Method: Let it marinate for an hour.

•Set AF to 350.

•I set it to cook for 20 minutes, but only took 18 minutes.

•However, if you cut the thick like your back, you will need the whole 20 minutes.

•Tip.After the first 10 minutes in the AF.

•Spritz with a little water and flip them.

•Let it finish cooking the way you desire.

•For Spinach & Yellow Squash.

•½ Purple Onion.

•500000 Million Cloves of garlic, please double, or else you didn’t use any.

•1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper.

•2 Sprigs of fresh thyme.

Spices used, you already know the Ancestors way.

•Badia Complete Seasoning

•½ Tbsp Paprika.

•Crole Seasoning.

•Smoked Salt.

•1 Tsp Better Than Bouillon Vegetable base

•Coconut Rum Seasoning.

•2 Cups Spinach.

•1Yellow Squash.

Method: On Medium heat.

Wake up spices for a minute.

Add onion, thyme, garlic, scotch bonnet pepper.

Add 1 Cup Coconut Milk & let it simmer for 3 minutes.

Add Squash, combining well in the sauce.

•1Tbsp Coconut Rum. You can add the whole bottle if you wish, I would.

•Simmer for 3-4 minutes.

•Add 2 tomatoes cut in cubes, stir them to add fresh spinach combine and turn off the stove.

For the AF I used well ripe ones.

AF 350 for 12-15 mins, if you cut them thick like your left thigh, AF for 18 mins.

Remember to flip them and spritz them with a little water.

The proper the plantains the better they’re in the AF.

Last but not least.

AF =Air Fried. Look at you cussing up a storm, even the Sunday school choir members.
