  • 1 lb sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 cup of vegan sour cream
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt, and pepper to taste


Sauté garlic, onion, and mushrooms in olive oil until they are tender.
Flour and a tiny amount of broth should be combined to form a smooth paste
in a small basin.
In the pan, bring the paste and the remaining broth to a boil.
Add the vegan sour cream after lowering the heat to a low setting.
Use salt and pepper to taste to season.
Serve with warm cooked rice or pasta.
