• Vegan Lasagna
  • 2 cups of walnut(soak for 24hrs)
  • 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Your favorite spaghetti sauce, I use Rao’s or Victoria’s.
  • Sautéed mushrooms
  • While mushrooms are sautéing, pour off water from soaking walnuts. Add to food processor or blender.
  • After mushrooms have browned, add walnuts, chopped onion and your favorite Italian seasonings add your favorite spaghetti sauce.
  • Simmer on low for 1 hr
  • After an hour, pour sauce in blender and blend for less than a minute (depending on your blender) until it looks like a meat texture. I made lasagna with mine but I also have enough leftover to make spaghetti.
