- Vegan Lasagna
- 2 cups of walnut(soak for 24hrs)
- 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion chopped
- Your favorite spaghetti sauce, I use Rao’s or Victoria’s.
- Sautéed mushrooms
- While mushrooms are sautéing, pour off water from soaking walnuts. Add to food processor or blender.
- After mushrooms have browned, add walnuts, chopped onion and your favorite Italian seasonings add your favorite spaghetti sauce.
- Simmer on low for 1 hr
- After an hour, pour sauce in blender and blend for less than a minute (depending on your blender) until it looks like a meat texture. I made lasagna with mine but I also have enough leftover to make spaghetti.
