Vegan Curried Corn & Walnut Flour Dumplings

The sauce is 🔥 FYI.

This is how some of us Jamaicans or Caribbean people like to eat our corn on the cob big and chunky just like my left thigh. I love that good old juice running down my hand.

Yes, I will curry everything including the clouds. So if you see the clouds yellow, blame me🤣

Spices Used To The Instructions Of The Ancestors.

•Organic All Spice Seasoning.

•Slap Ya Mama Seasoning

• Badia Complete Seasoning.

•Onion Salt

•Smoked Salt.

•Ground Ginger.

•8900 Bottles Garlic Powder.

•1Tbsp Curry Powder.

• A handful of Pimento Seeds /allspice.

Produced Used.

•3 Corn

•½ Chopped White Onion.

• 100000 million Cloves Minced Garlic.

•3 Sprigs Thyme.

•4 Stalks of Green onions

•2 Scotch Bonnet Pepper. ( You can use Habanero pepper instead if you don’t have Scotch bonnet pepper).

Liquid Used.

•1 Cup Coconut Milk.

•1 Cup water.


On Medium heat wake up spices for 3 mins.

•Add Garlic, thyme, and scotch bonnet peppers.

•Add Water and let it comes to a boil, then add coconut milk, stir well.

Taste to see if you need any more spices, and add if needed.

•Cover and let it simmer on low heat.

Proceed to knead flour for dumplings.

•½ Cup Spelt Flour

•½ Cup Almond Flour.

•Once you finish kneading the flour, start shaping and add to the pot.

• Turn the burner up to #8, once it starts boiling up, turn the burner back down to #4 • Stir and cover for 5-6 mins.

•Add Corn and turn the burner back up to #8.

•Use a spoon to pour the sauce all over the corn, be sure to turn over the corn so that sauce soaks up evenly.

•Turn the burner back down to #4 cover and cook for 10 minutes.

•Remove Cover and sprinkle dry parsley and turn the stove off.

• Let it sit for a few mins before serving.
