• 1 pre-made pizza crust (12-inch)
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegan cheese, shredded (we recommend Violife or Daiya)
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Then I spreaded the tomato sauce evenly on the pizza crust, left about 1/2 inch around the edge.
  3. I sprinkled the shredded vegan cheese on top of the tomato sauce.
  4. Then added the black olives, green bell pepper, red onion, and mushrooms on top of the cheese.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil on top of the toppings.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
