Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pizza crust (12-inch)
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese, shredded (we recommend Violife or Daiya)
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Then I spreaded the tomato sauce evenly on the pizza crust, left about 1/2 inch around the edge.
- I sprinkled the shredded vegan cheese on top of the tomato sauce.
- Then added the black olives, green bell pepper, red onion, and mushrooms on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle the olive oil on top of the toppings.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
