- 1/4 cup of vegan mayo
- 2 tablespoons of vegan Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard

- 1 tablespoon of sweet pickle relish
For the burger assembly:
- 4 vegan hamburger buns
- Vegan cheddar cheese, sliced
- Lettuce, shredded
- Pickles, sliced
- Onion, sliced

- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- To make the burger patties, combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form each portion into a patty shape.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping them over halfway through..
- While the patties are cooking, make the special sauce by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl and mixing well.
- Toast the hamburger buns.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a slice of vegan cheddar cheese on the bottom bun, followed by a cooked patty, a dollop of special sauce, shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, sliced onion, and another slice of vegan cheddar cheese.
