- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
- Add the warm water and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 8 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a ball, and then flatten it into a disc shape.
- Place the discs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each one.
- Bake the bread for 15-20 minutes, or until it has turned golden brown.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool before serving.
