3 Green Onions cut into 1 โ slices
2-3 Baby Bok Choy
1 1/2 โ Knob of Ginger minced
3 cloves of Garlic minced
1 Tbsp (15 ml) Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tsp (5 ml) Soy Sauce
4 Tbsp of Cornstarch
1/4 cup (59 ml) neutral Oil (plus more if needed for frying)
