Ingredients
• 12 ounces tempeh, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
• 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Put the potatoes in a big pot, and then just cover them with water. Over medium-high
heat, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until fork-tender.
Place a sizable skillet over medium heat after spraying it with cooking spray. Saute the
tempeh, onions, potatoes, and soy sauce after adding them. Make sure the tempeh pieces
are cooked on all sides by stirring often. Add the salt, pepper, and garlic powder after
removing from the fire
