Ingredients

  • ¼-½ red chilli, finely chopped
  • 3cm ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced
  • 250g frozen soya beans, defrosted
  • 100g bean sprouts
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

Put the vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and chili in a bowl. Crush to
release the flavors by using the back of a spoon.
The onion and pepper should be stir-fried for a few minutes in hot oil in a
wok. The soy beans should be defrosted by placing them in a colander and
covering them with boiling water. Add the beans and cook for a few minutes.
Add the vinegar and chilli mixture, then thoroughly toss.
Fry the bean sprouts and honey together for 30 seconds, adding a little
water if the vegetables are sticking. Serve with noodles or rice.
