RED LENTIL FALAFELS

I cannot stop cooking these BAKED RED LENTIL FALAFELS!

Ingredients:

– 180 gr red lentils

– 1 carrot

– 1 potato

– 1 onion

– a bit of cabbage

– olive oil

– a bunch of parsley

– 1/2 cup of almond flour

– a small bit of ginger

– 3 garlic cloves

– 1/2 tsp baking soda

– 1 tsp of salt

– 1 tsp cumin powder

– black pepper

– 1/3 tsp chilli flakes (optional)

– 1 tsp coriander seeds (optional)Soak the lentils for 45 minutes. Cooked the veggies and once they are ready add them on a food processor with the rest of the ingredients. Once everything is combined, give them shape and baked them in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 C
