Slice open 12 medjool dates.

Fill with nut butter or whole nuts. Refrigerate.

Meanwhile, melt 80g dark chocolate with 1 tbsp of coconut oil and 2 tps of maple syrup over a bain Marie.

Let chocolate sauce cool off in Refrigerator until its thick, but not hard.

Dip your cold dates in the sauce, place on greaseproof paper. Pour over the rest of your chocolate once you have dipped all your dates. Don’t worry if it pools around the edges.

Keep Refrigerated for up to 10 days (they won’t last that long πŸ˜‰)
