1/2 banana, mashed
2 teaspoons peanut butter
1 serving protein powder (of your choice)
1/3 cup whole grain pancake batter
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
Banana, peanut butter, protein powder, and batter should all be combined together in
a large mixing dish.
Place a sizable nonstick skillet over medium heat after spraying it with cooking spray.
Spoon the batter onto the skillet after evenly dividing it in half. When the edges
appear done and the tops are covered with bubbles, turn the food. On top, drizzle
