Ingredients
• 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
• 2/3 cup water
• 1 scoop protein powder (of your choice)
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon peanut butter
• 1 tablespoon jelly
Directions
- Over medium-high heat, combine the oats and water in a small saucepan and bring
to a boil.
90% of the water should have been absorbed by the time the heat is reduced to
medium-low.
Add the protein powder and vanilla essence after taking the pan from the heat. Stir
everything together thoroughly. Add peanut butter and jelly on top of the oatmeal in
the bowl.
