• 12 Oz. Dry Pasta Shells
• 1/2 C. Diced Red Bell Pepper
• 1/2 C. Shredded or Chopped Carrots
• 1/2 C. Halved Cherry/Grape Tomatoes
• 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesean Cheese (+ Extra for garnish.)
• 2 Tbsp. Chopped Chives
• 2/3 C. Italian Salad Dressing
• Salt & Pepper to Taste
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to directions on their package.Once the pasta is done, drain it and transfer to a large bowl. Add in the 1/2 C. diced bell pepper, 1/2 C. shredded carrots, 1/2 C. tomatoes, 1/4 C. cheese, and 2 Tbsp. chives. Stir to combine.Pour the 1 C. dressing into the pasta salad and stir to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.Cover and place the bowl in the fridge to chill until ready to enjoy!
