• 1 cup old-fashioned oats
• 1 cup brown rice cereal
• 1 cup hemp protein powder
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
• 1/2 cup almond butter
• 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
The oats, cereal, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt should all be combined in a
sizable mixing dish. Combine thoroughly after mixing.
Add the brown rice syrup and almond butter to a medium microwave-safe bowl. Stir in
the vanilla essence after softening for 45 seconds in the microwave.
Mix thoroughly after adding the wet mixture on top of the dry ingredients. You should
do this with your (slightly damp) hands.
Pour the batter into a baking dish that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
Once more, I advise using somewhat damp fingertips to distribute the batter evenly
around the dish.
Place in freezer and let stand for ten minutes or until solid. Take out and divide into 10
bars. Store in the refrigerator or freezer under cover.
