1/4 cup of dry organic steel cut oats (cooked with 1 cup of water and 1/4 cup nut milk overnight)
1/4 cup flaxseeds
1 tsp of raw honey (idk if honey is vegan but you can also use stevia or another sweetener)
organic cranberries

1/4 cup of non-gmo pecans, walnuts, and almonds
A dash of organic Ceylon cinnamon.
plus i had a mushroom chaga infused coffee.
Is this vegan and are steel cut oats nutritious ? im new to this.
