Making Gourmet Ramen from Instant Noodles! (Cheap Food Expensive Energy Ep. 2)

Vegetarian Gourmet Ramen

Fixings:

A pack of vegetarian amicable ramen

500ml water

1 tsp oil (or more whenever wanted)

4 squares of additional firm tofu

2-3 white mushrooms, cut

1 head child bok choy

½ tbsp minced garlic

1 tail green onion, hacked (discretionary)

Dark salt (kala namak)

Coconut amino or soy sauce (add so a lot or as little as you need)

⅓ cup corn

Directions:

Add water into a pot and heat to the point of boiling. Include the ramen noodles, preparing, minced garlic, and hacked green onions (discretionary). Cook as per bundle directions.

Then, heat oil on a container and add tofu, mushrooms, and infant bok choy. Cover and let it cook for a couple of moments.

Flip mushrooms and tofu once carmelized. (Tip: You can make the tofu taste egg-like by sprinkling on some kala namak or dark salt).

For additional flavor, include coconut amino to everything and blend well. Keep cooking until tofu and mushrooms are brilliant earthy colored in shading.

When the ramen has cooked, add into a serving bowl and top with the bok choy, tofu, and mushrooms.

Top with corn and around three little sheets of nori (discretionary however enthusiastically suggested for quality!).

Enhancement with green onions and sesame seeds.

Serve warm and appreciate!
