INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 an onion
- 3 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 3- 4 potatoes
- 8 oz of lentils (uncooked)
- Water
- 1 1/2 T Better than Bullion, vegetable
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Sauteed onion, carrots and celery. Add water and better than bullion, potatoes and bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Add lentils and turn to low heat and simmer until lentils and potatoes are soft. Salt and pepper to taste.
