Ingredients for the base:-
2 packages of Marie biscuits
2 cans of condensed milk
2 cups of lemon juice
Ingredients or the Meringue:-
6 Egg Whites (7 if they are small eggs)
1 3/4 cups of Sugar (you can use more for better results)
Preparation for the base:-
Crush the Marie biscuits in the blender and then knead with the melted butter in a bowl.
Adjust the consistency to your preference by adding more butter or cookie powder.
Distribute the cookie and butter mixture to a round or square dish and press with your hands.
Beat the lemon juice with the condensed milk until well integrated.
Pour the mixture on top of the cookie base and spread carefully.
Mix the egg whites and sugar until you can turn the bowl upside down and the meringue stays in the bowl
Add lemon zest and vanilla
-You can decorate the Meringue as you prefer
Finally put in the fridge at least 3 hours
