INGREDIENTS:
2 large eggs
2 beef patties
2 slices cheddar cheese
1 tbsp ghee
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove burger patties from fridge and allow them to reach room temperature – season generously with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a frying pan to medium-high heat, add in ghee, cook patties for 6 minutes per side (or until they are cooked to your desired “doneness”). Then remove from the pan and allow to rest.
3. Fry two eggs in the same pan in ghee and once cooked to your liking remove from the pan.
4. Assemble burger as you please. Finally, crack the yolk (if you like your yolks runny) and enjoy!
