📋 INGREDIENTS:⁠

2 large eggs⁣⁠

2 beef patties⁠

2 slices cheddar cheese⁣⁠

1 tbsp ghee⁣⁠

👨🏽‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:⁠

1. Remove burger patties from fridge and allow them to reach room temperature – season generously with salt and pepper.⁣⁠

2. Heat a frying pan to medium-high heat, add in ghee, cook patties for 6 minutes per side (or until they are cooked to your desired “doneness”). Then remove from the pan and allow to rest.⁣⁠

3. Fry two eggs in the same pan in ghee and once cooked to your liking remove from the pan.⁣⁠

4. Assemble burger as you please. Finally, crack the yolk (if you like your yolks runny) and enjoy!
