Ingredients:

1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon (cut into wedges, for garnish)

For the Cocktail Sauce:

1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup (check labels for keto-friendly options or make your own)
1 tablespoon horseradish (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (make sure it’s low-carb or use a keto-friendly alternative)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Shrimp:
Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.

In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
If grilling, thread the shrimp onto skewers. Grill for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. If using a skillet, cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until done. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Prepare the Cocktail Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine the sugar-free ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
Serve:
