Ingredients

Instructions

1. Make the Keto Wrapper:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1 minute, then stir until smooth. If the cheese isn’t fully melted, microwave in additional 30-second intervals until completely melted and combined.
  3. Stir in the almond flour, baking powder, and egg until the dough comes together.
  4. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a thin rectangle, about 1/8-inch thick.
  5. Cut the dough into squares, about 4×4 inches.

2. Prepare the Filling:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers (if using). Cook until they are soft and caramelized.
  4. Return the steak to the skillet with the onions and peppers. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded provolone cheese until melted and combined.

  3. Place the cooked egg rolls on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

5. Serve:
