  • 1 cup sugar-free marinara sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Sear the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden, about 4-5 minutes per side. Transfer to a baking dish.
  3. Assemble: Spread marinara sauce over each chicken breast, then top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
