Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Mix in the low-carb pizza sauce, ensuring the meat is well coated.
- In a greased casserole dish, spread the meat and sauce mixture evenly.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the meat.
- Layer the pepperoni, olives, green bell peppers, and mushrooms on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top and sprinkle with dried oregano.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
