2 1/2 Pounds Chicken breast

1 Tbsp Fajita Seasoning

1 Cup Salsa

1 Lg Green Pepper

1 Lg Red Pepper

1 Lg Orange or Yellow Pepper

1 Lg Onion

1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Fajita Seasoning

1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

1 Tbsp Onion Powder

2 tsp Oregan

1 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1/4 cup Chili Powder

1 1/2 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Black Pepper

1 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

1 Tbsp Cumin

1 Tbsp Onion Flakes

Blend your spices well and set aside.

Pre heat your oven to 375°

Spray a 9 X 13 casserole dish.

Cut and lay your chicken breast flat in the pan.

Sprinkle with your 1 Tbsp seasoning.

Spread your salsa evenly on top and then layer with your sliced peppers and onion.

Drizzle with olive oil and then sprinkle with a cup shredded cheese.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until your chicken is done.
