1 package of sliced mushrooms

Heat a pan (I used a Cast Iron pan).

Add bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Season with Garlic (I used Minced), salt, Italian seasoning.

Cook till soft added a splash of Balsamic Vinager and about 1 tablespoon of butter or more your choice.

Once it’s to your liking of softness. Put in a bowl.

Use the same Pan to cook sausage (I used Italian Sausage) Make sure you butterfly the sausage!!! Cook sausage.

Once cooked, place on a baking sheet pan covered in parchment sheet (for easy cleanup) lay sausage down then your bell pepper mixture. Top with mozzarella cheese to your liking.

Cook at 350 for 15 -20 mins. 💥 Its so good.
