Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup granulated keto-friendly sweetener (such as erythritol or stevia)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the glaze:
- 1/4 cup powdered keto-friendly sweetener (such as powdered erythritol)
- 1-2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. The batter should be thick and sticky.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the donuts are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- While the donuts are baking, make the glaze by whisking together the powdered sweetener, heavy cream, and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Adjust the consistency by adding more or less cream, as needed.
- Once the donuts are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before removing them from the pan.
- Dip each donut into the glaze, making sure to coat the top and sides. Place the glazed donuts on a wire rack to set for a few minutes before serving.
