Biscuit Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Garlic Butter Topping:
- 2 tbsp salted butter melted
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all the batter ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Put 10 scoops of dough on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
- Stir together the melted butter and garlic powder. Brush on the tops of the hot biscuits.
