Biscuit Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Garlic Butter Topping:

  • 2 tbsp salted butter melted
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Combine all the batter ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Put 10 scoops of dough on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
  • Stir together the melted butter and garlic powder. Brush on the tops of the hot biscuits.
