Ingredients

  • 1 lb browned ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 2 packages of low carb tortillas

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain ground beef
  2. Chop up avocados and tomatoes
  3. Cut half way up on bottom half of tortilla
  4. Place browned ground beef on one quarter of tortilla, cheese on one quarter, avocado on one quarter and tomatoes on remaining quarter of tortilla
  5. Place wrap into a heated pan over medium heat. Oil is optional.
  6. Brown on both sides and serve.
