Instructions:
Wash the scallops and dry them with paper.
Add pepper for seasoning.
Take the time to bring the air to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Scallops are in the air fryer basket or tray for cooking.
Scallops are air-fried for a few minutes, rotating them in their entirety at temperatures of 400 degrees.
If necessary, sauté the remaining scallops once more.
In a normal skillet or saucepan, warm the butter over normal heat.
When cooked, add the garlic and simmer.
When thickened, whisk in heavy cream and stir.
Stir in lemon juice, wine, and a small amount of salt.
After the scallops are cooked, pour sauce over them and, serve with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

Notes:
Pat the scallops to remove any extra moisture.
When baking in the air fryer, moisture on top of the scallop will result in a dry scallop.
Sear the scallops just before frying them in the air fryer.
Scallops that are dry because salt draws moisture from the interior of the scallop.
Lightly mist scallops with cooking spray.
Storage information:
It’s best not to keep fresh scallops in the fridge for longer than two days. Ideally, they are utilized in a single day.
